Step 1: Send Email to Manager
❑ Start by sending an email to your manager directly requesting time-off. All time-
off requests are REQUIRED to be approved by your manager. (Note: Employees
on contracts must receive approval from their client task manager in addition to
their IBSS manager)
❑ Go to https://ibsscorp.unanet.biz/ and log in using your IBSS credentials.
❑ Once you arrive to the Unanet Dashboard home screen, please select the
"Leave Request Icon" as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 2: Submit Leave Request in Unanet
❑ When you reach the next screen, please enter your request for time off by
completing the sections shown in the screenshot below and then click on the
"Submit" button.
❑ After submitting your leave request, please confirm with your manager the
request was received and approved via the system.
Step 3: Block Time-Off on Calendar
❑ Block the time off on your IBSS calendar and turn on the "Vacation Responder"
via your Gmail settings. Please enter an auto-reply email response and notate
the time you will be out of the office as shown in the screenshot below.
Step 4: PTO Leave Request Questions
❑ If you have any questions or inquiries relating to PTO Leave Requests. Please
submit a ticket request to the Finance Department by going to
