- On the Windows login page ensure you are connected to the internet. Either connect a network cable or use Wi-Fi. To connect to a Wi-Fi network, select the globe icon and choose your Wi-Fi network.
- Click on the VPN icon.
Note: Please open a ticket via support.ibsscorp.com if you don’t have the software installed on your computer.
- Connect to “connect.ibsscorp.com”
- Enter your IBSS Network credential. This username and password would be the same as your laptop login username (without @ibsscorp.com) and password.
- Accept the banner.
- You will see VPN is connected.
Note that you can not connect to VPN from inside IBSS HQ network.
7- Click on ”Back” then “Other User” Enter your IBSS account credential username (without @ibsscorp.com) and password.
Troubleshooting:
1- “Login Failed”: check your username and password.
2- If you enter your username/password and nothing happened, restart your computer and try again.
3- This message “We can’t sign you in with this credential because your domain isn’t available” means you are not connected to VPN, go back to the first step and try again.
