Open a New Ticket
- Go to support.ibsscorp.com from anywhere and/or any computer. Select "Continue with IBSS-SSO"
- Log in with your IBSS account
- Click “Submit a request“
4. Select the relevant topic for your request
5. Fill out the form and click “Submit”
6. You will receive a confirmation email for your ticket.
7. To check ticket status, go to: Profile > Request
